USCIS exams

  • In partnership with Civil Surgeon, Dr. Brown, we complete USCIS immigration physical, immunization review, and lab work needed for a green card

  • Please note that we do not accept medical insurance for immigration services

  • WHAT OCCURS AT THE EXAM?

    • Review of medical history, physical exam, immunization review, and required lab work which is a test for syphillis (RPR), gonorrhea (GC), and tuberculosis (QuantiferonGOLD)

    • If you do not have the required immunizations or vaccines, we can provide them, or blood titers (which is a blood test to demonstrate immunity) for a additional charge

    • Required immunizations or vaccinations:

      • 2 doses of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) or blood titer test demonstrating immunity

      • 3 doses of Hepatitis B or blood titer test demonstrating immunity

      • 2 doses or Varicella (Chicken Pox) or blood titer test demonstrating immunity

      • 1 dose of TDAP or td (tetanus) within the past 10 years

      • Flu shot during Flu season (October-March)

      • COVID-19 Vaccine
